A coaching session is essentially a goal setting check in to help you identify what you want and how to achieve it. We go through all aspects of your existing training, nutrition and lifestyle choices and we provide realistic and practical advice that can be applied immediately. This is a great add on to any of our other services or can be utilised individually.

Group Sessions are a great way to exercise with friends and family that have similar goals, while sharing the cost! It’s also a great team building experience for businesses looking to engage and challenge their employees. Not all group fitness sessions will be suited to everyone, which is why Prosperity Training has a wide range of group training methods to choose from.

Our online Trainer provides a bespoke service and ensures your success for long term progressive results. This service is a way for you to train under Prosperity Training no matter where you are in the world. We equip you with everything you will need to ensure that you achieve your own personal goals. This includes all the key tools to create structure and routine in your day and we will provide you with direct support throughout your journey. Each week your training program will be reviewed and updated accordingly. We take care of all the things you’re not fussed about! All you need to do is focus on your efforts and complete each training session to the best of your ability.
