When it comes to training, we believe in a multifaceted fitness approach, consisting of resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning with an added touch of mobility work to ensure you move and exercise in a safe manner without pain.
NUTRITION
Nutrition is the foundation of health and wellbeing. At Prosperity Training we promote simplicity whilst endeavouring to educate our clients about the essential principles of healthy eating and forming long-term sustainable health habits.
RECOVERY
We understand that everybody lives a fast-paced life with individual stresses. This is why we promote; rest and recovery more than most people give thought to. We believe there is nothing more effective than a good night’s sleep, however we also promote other forms of recovery tailored to the individual so that they can feel re-energised and rested not only in training but in their daily lives.
LIFESTYLE
Training, Nutrition and Recovery are important to physical health, but in the bigger picture overall wellbeing is the pinnacle of a prosperous lifestyle. We believe to achieve this, there needs to be a balance. This is why one of our fundamentals is all about being social to improve your quality of life. We encourage everybody to take time out and enjoy what life has to offer.
